Is my booking private or will others be able to join our group?

All our bookings are private. It doesn’t matter how many you book in your party you will never be with people you do not know.

What age do you recommend for your escape rooms?

We don’t recommend younger than 13 years old. However, our Holme’s room is a bit more family friendly and children as young as 9 should be able to participate if accompanied by an adult. This is somewhat up to your own discretion.

How early should I get there?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early.

Can I add people to my existing reservation?

Yes, you can make any changes to your booking, including adding players or changing the date and time through your confirmation email. You can also add people upon arrival. Please note that the max allowed in any room is 8 people.

What is your cancellation policy?

No cancellations are allowed, but we will work with you to reschedule a game if an emergency arises.

Can I schedule a time outside of the set game schedule?

We try to always be mindful of your busy life and schedule. Please contact us with specific questions and requests pertaining to scheduling. We will always do our very best to accommodate!

Are your rooms linear or nonlinear?

We consider our rooms to be more on the nonlinear side.
